  • What time is check in?

    4 p.m.

  • What time is check out?

    12 noon. Feel free to sleep in!

  • Can I check out late?

    We try to accommodate late check-out requests when we can. Late check-out availability depends on the number of check ins we have scheduled for that day. To request a late check out, stop by the front desk on the evening before your departure or in the morning on the date you are scheduled to depart. We’ll do our best.

  • Is there parking?

    You may self-park for a nightly fee in our private parking garage which is equipped with electric vehicle and Tesla charging stations.

  • Can I charge my electric car?

    Yes! We offer electric vehicle charging included with your stay. Please let our team know upon arrival for parking arrangements.

  • Where can I work out?

    Our fitness center is located on the second floor and is open 24 hours a day. We offer top-of-the-line equipment in our fitness centers, including Peloton Bikes, to our signature Well + Fit kit delivered to your room.

  • Is there an amenities fee?

    Yes, the daily guest amenities fee is $29 plus tax.

  • Where can I print my boarding pass?

    The front desk team is always happy to help you print your documents.

  • Is there any way to do laundry?

    We don’t have self-service laundry facilities, but we do offer same-day dry cleaning and laundry service. Laundry bags and forms can be found in your closet. Drop your laundry at the front desk by 9 a.m. and you’ll have it back by 6 p.m.

  • How can I make calls?

    Local and toll-free number calls are included with your stay. Long distance fees vary.

  • Are pets welcome?

    Yes, we will happily greet your furry companion with a pet bed, bowls, toy, tasty treat, and a list of local pet resources. A $65 pet fee applies.

    Stop by the front desk and let us help you map out your visit; we’ll make you feel like a local in no time.
